REGIONAL MUSEUM DE CASMA "MAX UHLE"
The Regional Museum of Casma "Max Uhle", located contiguous to the Temple of Sechín, it was inaugurated August 25 officially of 1984.
It was construído for the Project Sechín of the Catholic University of Peru, by means of economic donation of the Foundation Volkswagenwerk of Germany, for management of Prof. Dr. Ing. Hans Leussink, Bundesminister to.D.
The museum, in the Room of Exhibition shows in sequential form and ordinate leaves of the archaeological matter found in the excavations of Sechín, also bill with the support of scale models, reproductions to scale, drawings, air pictures, pictures murals, funerals of the Cultures Chavín, Wari, Chimú, adobes in different ways and antiquity, as well as a Chronological Cultural Square.

The exhibition allows to know the historical process of the basin of Casma until the Empire Inka and its real contribution to the Andean Civilization.
The museum was designed to be an important Center of Investigation of the Archaeological Patrimony of Ancash.
The visit to the museum, as well as to Temple Sechín is from 8 to 17 hours, every day and the cost from the entrance to August 31 the 2004, it was of S/. 5.00 new suns adult.
