IT DANCES: SARA KUTIPAY
This dance is it would originate of the communities of Llanucancha, Kisapata, Hatumpata, Guayllabamba and Ccanabamba, of the district of Lambrama, county of Abancay in the department of Apurimac. In native language Sara Kutipay means "cultivation of the Corn" or "Segunda lampa" and it expresses us the great importance that had in the incanato the agricultural activity and that it is at the moment it considers as the main source of the Andean inhabitant's subsistence. The men that develop the work go accompanied by their wives and all work the chacra of Chajrachikoc. When arriving the half-day it is given the rest and men and women share the foods and the infaltable chicha and the burning water. Finished this will continue working in the afternoon to what the male is sometimes reluctant wanting to rest a little but, reason why it is encouraged by the women so that it is not lazy and follow the work, at the end both it finishes the work and they say goodbye together proud for the carried out work.
