COUNTY DE TAHUAMANU


The county of Tahuamanu is located in the northeastern end of the department, it limits to the northwest with Ucayali and to the north and east with the republics of Brazil and Bolivia. The county of Tahuamanu has three districts (Iberia, Iñapari and Tahuamanu).

Tahuamanu includes the entirety of the basin of the river Tahuamanu and Muymanu, besides part of those of Chandless and Purús whose waters end in Brazilian territory.
