THE GUINEA PIG CHACTADO DE TORATA


In Yacango one can saborar a typical traditional plate based on Guinea pig, the one which a month and mean is sacrificed and prepared alone with salt and flour of corn, then it is placed in a pan in the one which the oil this boiling and it is cooked until this crocante. It is served with parboiled potato, onion sarza and milled pepper. It is as well as he/she gets ready and it consumes the traditional guinea pig chactado in Torata.
