WHAT IS PETROGLIFOS?

They are recorded low relief, carried out in the surface of certain rocks using stone percutores, metal or bone. In Miculla, the petroglifos was worked by means of the techniques of the percussion, pressure, lined and mixed, possibly using stone instruments and metal. This modality of the Art Rupestre has extended in all the coastal valleys of Peru, especially in the south region; whose tradition has extended to almost all the Andean and South American countries.
