The climate of the city of Pucallpa, capital of the region, is rainy and warm, with presence of rains in three stations (autumn, spring and summer). Square of Weapons of the City of Pucallpa

Square of the Public Clock

This lagoon is of tectonic origin and it is ideal for the sport fishing and walks in boats. In their banks mestizo and native diverse communities of the ethnos are seated Shipibo-Conibo, highlighting the native communities of Santa Teresita and San Salvador. The channel Cashibo is connected with the lagoon Yarinacocha.
Native Community of New Destination
To 16 km of Port Callao in Yarinacocha (1 hour in boat or 15 minutes in car from Pucallpa).

Etno-botanical Garden Chullachaqui

They are communities of the ethnos Cashinahua whose residents are devoted mostly to the agriculture, the hunt and the fishing and they have known how to preserve their customs, their traditions and their language. One can acquire craft characteristic of the area like crowns of feathers of birds, imitation jewelry and fabrics in cotton (cushmas, amahacas, handbags).
Communities Native Sapota - San Marcos - New Esperanza - Miguel Grau - Cocha Soup of Cocha"
From of Port Esperanza, navigating for the river Purús (river up).
It is about diverse communities of the ethnoses Culina, Sharanahua and Cashinahua whose inhabitants preserve their customs, their language and their traditions. They are devoted mostly to the fishing, the agriculture and the hunt. In the area one can fish, to swim, to go for a walk in canoe, to observe the flora diversity and fauna and to carry out walks.
TOURIST ATTRACTIVENESS OF FATHER ABBOT
To 161 km of Pucallpa for the highway Federico Basadre.
It has two hanging bridges of 800 meters of longitude that cross the river Aguaytía. One of them was built between 1939-1942 and both the longest in Peru they are considered. From a modern pier typical crafts can be observed that they arrive and they leave toward native different communities of the ethnoses Cacataibo and Shipibo-Conibo. Villages the Tip - I Center Yurac - Shambillo

From Villa Aguaytía you arrives to San Alejandro's town for the highway Federico Basadre (2 hours in car); then you navigates in glider for the river San Alejandro, until the native community Sinchi Rock (2 hours in boat to motor), of the ethnos Cashibo-Cacataibo. The residents conserve ancestral (dresses, imitation jewelry, hunt weapons and he/she fishes, gastronomy) customs and their native language. Diverse trails allow to observe the nature of the area.

Waterfalls of Corintoni

Great Pajonal has 1715 km2 of mountainous and broken land, and it is surrounded by the rivers Perené, Pachitea, Tambo and High Ucayali. Their population conserves her ancestral customs.
